Memo To The CEO: "War For Talent"

I worry about talent. But I worry even more about the people who have made a profession, or a business, out of helping organisations like ours deal with it. If we are in a war, we need a strategy, and much of what I've heard from the talent "experts" doesn't constitute a winning strategy. In fact, it's wholly strategy-free.
